The customer is using an ICA 0346 - driver for the Platinum instrument and is not able to receive comments and graphics in cobas infinity.
As per the driver release notes ("346 - 2 - Platinum Release Notes.pdf"), the current driver doesn't seem to support the functionalities the customer requests. The existing driver was developed for a previous instrument version and may not be compatible with all the functionalities available in newer firmware versions. If new functionality or a change in the current behaviour is required

Thanks for your request. My name is Eva Faro, new PO for nLO LAB Connector.
Graphics are not implemented in this connector.
Note that there is a limitation in nLO to receive and draw graphical results.
As a workaround the graph is created by Driver Framework, saved as image and sent it nLO through the connector.
Since every graph is specific for every instrument, we need:
receive real trace with graphical results and a screenshoot of the same curve/graph in the instrument UI.
analyze the trace, and test to be able to transform the data into graph
In case there is not enough information or there are unclear specific detals:
we will need your collaboration again to get this information from the vendor.
Due to the lack of standard, it's not a straighforward process.
Usually, we need close collaboration with the requester to get it done and refined until the customer expectation is met (curve as it's visible in the instrument UI).
