The customer is using an ICA driver for the Platinum instrument and is not able to receive comments and graphics in cobas infinity.
As per the driver release notes ("346 - 2 - Platinum Release Notes.pdf"), the current driver doesn't seem to support the functionalities the customer requests. The existing driver was developed for a previous instrument version and may not be compatible with all the functionalities available in newer firmware versions. If new functionality or a change in the current behaviour is required
