We encountered a problem with the interfacing driver for BioFlash ICA 731 where the analyzer cannot pick up our order from Infinity.
However, result sending from analyzer to Infinity is working. I attach the instrument driver for your reference and FYI the Infinity version is 2.5.2.
The details are as follows and would like to seek help regarding this matter.
The analyzer vendor has given feedback where Infinity message structure is not workable for the analyzer. Screenshot below is the structure for normal message vs ours.
