Currently Seegen v3.0.0.4 is able to read sample IDs from the OBR line. This is incorrect from the laboratory, instrument manual, and logic side. I understand that some labs are working like this, but our customer would like to work properly without shortcuts. Current Seegen v3.0.0.4 was validated in an incorrect workflow that is why we need an option to read sample ID from PID line.
