We are having practical issues with the existing Phadia drivers - Immucap (G:\Shared drives\GCS_IT_Solutions_SW_Distribution\cobas infinity central lab\Drivers\CS Drivers\IMMUCAPV3 v3.0.0.13.zip) and the other one that can be used being Phadia (G:\Shared drives\GCS_IT_Solutions_SW_Distribution\cobas infinity central lab\Drivers\CS Drivers\PHADIA v3.1.0.13.zip). In order to have a driver which customers need fulfills we would need a combination of both. The Immucap driver gives us the possibility to work in a download mode which for practical reasons is requested by the customers but the inconvenience is that we can not transfer QC results. The Phadia driver (more recently developed) has the convenience to have QC transfer support but it can not work in download mode according to the driver documentation. Would there be an option to have the Phadia driver also working in a download mode. This would be very highly appreciated by us and customers.
