Request graphical/image result supported feature for Sebia Capillarys driver

For the moment, there is a driver available for Sebia Capillarys (SebiaCap v3.5.0.39), but this driver does not support the transfer of the images created on the instrument. Based on the information received from Sebia, they are providing the necessary information in their messages for building the electrophoresis diagram in infinity

    Hi

Here some raw data messages. Do not have the picture of the proteinogram. You can see the chart when using the old ICA driver V2 Phoresis used in Cornerstone training Advanced Work areas. This driver is translating the data into a graph.

    Hello all,

We'll reevaluate the feasibility of processing Sebia curve data points. Is it possible to get real traces of said curve data plus with an image of it?

    Thanks,

    Paola

    Hi,

Agree with Michel, we have more and more request for having it on the validation screen (a gap with MPL which have an impact on M2I in France). Also being able to send the curve to the LIS....

    Hi

We get more and more request to visualize proteinogram in validation screen. Feature was available in older ICA Phoresis driver.

In multiple tenders we answered that this is possible (see also Advance work area training in Cornerstone). In the communication trace from Sebia curve data points are provided.....just the plot that we need in CS Sebiacap driver.

Hi Paola and colleagues of the driver team,

I reach out to you to open the discussion / request again for supporting graph for the Capillarys. As you can see, there is quite a big need in the market for this feature. As I received from the customer the news their system they are using today is phasing out soon, they are looking to Roche for a solution as we promised the customer the instrument could be connected. Without the graph, the connection of the instrument to infinity is no added value for the customer.

I expect still other customers reaching out to us for this feature so I would describe this request as a business critical and an accelerator for the 3th party connection market.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Paola,

Could see again this feature because, it is impossible to validate electrophoresis without the graph.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello Luk,

Hope this message finds you well.

I have checked this request with the development team. This is a hexadecimal graphic, and not an image with a path (which is the only supported kind of graphics nowadays). I have checked with infinity team, and there're no changes planned in the foreseeable future to support this kind of graphic.

    Regards,

    Paola
