It would be great to add the fonctionality to send addons and reruns automatically to the instrument when they are requested on infinity.
For the moment as this is not included, on the case of a rerun or reflex test, the customer has to place the tube again on the instrument manually to force a new query

This Idea is not a nice to have but really a mandatory feature for French market. It also represent a GAP with MPL because the MPL driver includes this feature.
All MPL driver in France include :
Send order (include demographics informations)
Receive patient results
Receive QC results
Send rerun and added tests
Receive comments
Receive alarm/flag
