1) We see the instrument is able to support QC results, query messages, and patient demographics. Do you need us to implement those ones too aside from the requested patient results?
2) Can you provide real instrument traces for those workflows that you need us to implement? Although the instrument manual contains examples, it is always nice to have real trace to be able to compare the real instrument behavior with the information described in the manual.
