Thanks for the traces. While comparing the traces with the HIM, we have seen that in the traces there are comments sent but this behavior is not documented in the manual. Therefore, we won't implement it to keep the driver compliant with the manual.
1) Can you provide instrument real traces for patient results?
2) Is there a chance that we can have a manual where we can see the instrument messages described? The document you have provided seems to be a section of the manual only.
3) Do you need this instrument to be connected to General lab module or to the Microbiology one?
Finally, can you provide this information before October, 5th? Without the aforementioned information, I'm afraid that we are not able to develop a driver.
