After checking your request, we would kindly ask you to provide the following information: -Are the traces provided real instrument traces? -Do you have a manual where the connection and message structure is better explained? The document you have provided seems aimed to an instrument user, instead of describing the messages sent by the instrument.
I'm afraid that without said information, we're not able to develop a driver for this instrument.
