    I already did several tests and It is not doing the host query with the DxH500 v3.2.0 driver.

    I hope you help me to solve this inconvenience

    Hope this message finds you well.

    You'll receive today DxH500 v3.2.0 driver, which contains testing for making DxH690T instrument compatible with said driver.

    After providing testing evidence from your side, we'll keep going with this driver release for this instrument.
