pending driver so that our service engineer might try to test it in field?
We can deliver the driver to you without problems so you can test it and
provide evidence back.

We don't need further documentation than the provided one to make the
changes needed. Currently we're planning our next PI and we have a forecast
to deliver it by mid june. Is this ok with you?

it usually take until we can actually install the drive on a customer site
(including testing, evidence verification etc)?

The UC-3500 instrument is already supported by the UC3500 driver. Currently, this driver is pending to receive testing evidence from the field.
The manual provided UF-5000 is not supported by the UWAM driver yet. We'll plan a driver update to make the changes needed, either documentation only or making modifications to the driver.
