The driver used to capture haematology results from Sysmex XN instruments is SYSMEX v3.2.0.27.

This driver do not appear to have the ability to capture or process instrument comment messages.

In an example message (XML) from Infinity:

We need to be able to capture <Comment Key="RC2">repeat conditions</Comment> in the incoming result message.

The driver manual has this message about the feature required:

"Result Status and Comments features are not available for the XN series instruments because they have been tested internally in a simulation environment only. If you need

to use them with the XN series instruments, please contact drivers support in advance for further information."

We require the use of these comments with XN series instruments. Please let us know how to proceed so that Infinity can process and store these comment keys.
