After the migration from Infinity 2.5 to Infinity 3.03.15 it has been impossible to receive results from the Vitros 350. We are receiving an error in the attached trace of E0005INVALID PACKET USAGE.
We are using the VITROS driver v2.0.2.zip and tried with UTF-8 and Raw encoding type receiving the same error.

Hi Laura, as already aligned via mail we will create the feature of the driver request for VITROS 350 with ASTM protocol due to the propietary protocol limitations.

Good evening Paola, we were doing tests with a Vitros 350 from another location of the Lab Referencia client and we obtained results transmitted to Infinity. I share the trace for the creation of the new Driver. At the moment it is the only instrument of this model that we have been able to connect to infinity post migration.

Do you have logs of the communication when the driver was working? It'd be a nice way to solve the protocol doubts that we have. We have been analyzing the driver we found in the archives, and we have a proprietary driver. To better check the instrument behavior with the manual you provided and the driver v2.0, we'd need to see real messages sent by the instrument.

Laura, this needs to be confirmed from the vendor. As drivers team, we can only help to process the messages sent from the instrument. For doing so, we wither need the manual or proposing some questions you may ask to the affiliate.
