Our driver for the Sysmex slide maker SP-10 doesn't support the SP-50.
The interface is very similar.
New HIM v2.0 added (02/Sep/206)
New feature of the SP-50:
The middleware can tell the SP-50 to rinse multiple time after aspiration of the sample. This is recommended for samples with a high white blood cell count (WBC). It reduces the carry-over risk for the next sample.
The new HIM explains that the host can send 0, 1, 2 or 3 as values for rinsing (see screenshot and HIM p23 & p67).
Important: This value is decided based on the WBC value of the current sample. The user should be able to configure a threshold. e.g. If WBC>30 then Rinse = 2.
The default is 0 and should be sent if no threshold was configured or conditions don't match.
We are already able to map the WBC value because it's sent in the query reply to the SP.
