Our client has a CAL 6000 line of Midray instruments connected to Infinity 3.03.12 via LabExpert. Two BC-6200 instruments, an MC-80 microscope and an SC-120 stainer are connected in the line. The ComServer "BC5800V3v3.3.0.39.zip" driver was used - according to the description, it supports BC6800, BC5800, CAL-8000 and LabExpert instruments. The following problems occur:- orders are not being received by instruments, in fact it looks like orders are being sent from Infinity but with the wrong message. According to the driver description, grouping should be using profiles, but it does not work- there is no query from SC-120 or MC-80 in the log... it is probably a different type of message. An attempt to send any results from MC-80 and SC-120 automatically disconnects communication with Infinity.

We need new driver or or expand the existing one.
