The only problem have BIOGNOST is that the customer must scan a sample to have an import in his system.
BIOGNOST have an option in his middleware that they send a Query ALL to middleware and that they import all open samples (without scanning) specific for them. This is the option they would like to have working ASAP. The customer is already waiting a while for this function. Right now, they must follow a workaround that is absolutely not practical.
The option they would like is described in point 4.1. The option that is active right now is written in point 4.2. See attachment.
