lc480 driver change

lc480 driver is based on input (and output but does not work) off result files from analyzer. When generating a output file the name of the experiment is taken as a testcode. But in some experiments there are multiple testcodes (for example DPD has 4 tests).


Can it be changed to work with import of .IXO from analyzer? Or is there a workaround possible for importing multiple testcodes in 1 experiment?

    Best practice would be to have the driver communicate with the LC480 LIMS module as an API increasing automation.

    This will allow Infinity to actively contact the LC480 and retrieve experiments by demand in either .ixo or .xml file format allowing to obtaining particular information by searching tag information inside the files.

    We have experience in communicating (API) with this module, you can contact us if further information is needed.
