In order to be able to keep going with this driver update, is it possible for us to get patient results, QC results and query real traces via email? Although there are messages examples in the manual, it would be nice to have messages from the instrument to check its real behavior.

I would like to update you that we have receive the PO from the vendor, Please process the driver development for the next step. In parallel our IT team will get the trace from the instrument for you. I wil keep you post if I have got any updates.
