We have detected that the traces you sent belong to the Compliance ASTM mode, one of the two supported by the instrument and the one that matches the traces you shared.
In that mode, we haven't been able to detect the identifier for QC results. The HIM speficies that it could be done with flags, when they're from 1 to 10, but this is not in the ASTM compliant mode. Do you have further information?
Regarding Batch mode - we are very sorry for my mistake while creating this request, batch mode is not needed, only query mode is required. Now the driver request was edited by me - removed Batch mode from required workflows.
