    Hi Paola,

Our commercial colleagues are chasing for an update on this driver, and unfortunately, Tracy is on leave. I can see the status was set to "sent for field validation", can you please confirm who the driver has been sent to and when it was sent?

    Kind regards

    Mike

    Hello Tracy,

Another question has arised. We have seen that the instrument can be configured a single-port or multi-port. Which one do you need?

    Regards,

    Paola

    Hi Paola,

I am sure I have already provided this information, anyway:

    Dilutions not needed

Sample type serum urine or faeces - this customer will be using faecal samples for calcoprotectin tests.

    Hello Tracy,

May you please provide the list of dilution ratios and specimen supported by the instrument?

I have seen that this information has not been provided yet.

    Thanks,

    Paola

    @Paola

Please may I ask that this driver development be brought forward? I can see it's not going to be available until the very end of the PI which is disappointing. The customer is desperate for this driver to increase lab efficiency and workflow. they have been waiting many months and where hoping we could validate in September as this is when they potentially need to change methods.

Please can you look at moving this to be completed in September?

    Many thanks,

    Tracy

    Hello Tracy,

    Thanks for reaching out.

Currently, this driver is planned to be developed in our next PI (from late July to mid-October). After July 19th, you'll have a more precise date here: https://dca-roadmaps.aha.io/shared/e7b4e5e09d06a41b3a980835b898980c

In the meantime, may you provide the list of dilution ratios and specimen supported by the instrument?

    Regards,

    Paola
