Galway customer in Ireland has 3 Arkray HA8190V analysers installed. we were planning to use the HA8180VV3 driver. This driver works with the instruments directly but the 3 new analysers have been connected using a single Data Manager. This is Arkray's Data Manager called Mini Lab using the MEQNET Link protocol. The existing HA8180VV3 driver works with the Mini Lab Data Manager for transmitting results but there is a problem with the Query by Sample ID functionality. The Sample ID is located in a different field for the Mini Lab communication. Arkray Mini Lab Host Interface Manual attached.
