Currently when using the QC module with iSYS driver for cobas Infinity the driver imports the QC lotnumber configured on the instrument (the barcode that has to be on QC tubes) and uses this as QC name, which is wrong.
It has been discovered that the iSYS instrument sends both the QC name configured on the instrument in and the before mentioned lot number in the QC result message in separate fields.
I suggest to correct the error that the wrong field is used for QC name and instead use the field with the correct name and also import the lot number from the message.
This way, the customer can make sure their QC lots match both Name and Lot number when performing QC measurements.

I understand you're receiving QC lot number sent by the instrument as Control name, and you need us to be able to map both QC lot number and Control name. Is this understanding correct?
