I am Núria Pena, currently covering Paola as lab driver's PO while she is in her EDO at UX. The team is currently working on the development of the driver. For that, they have requested further information regarding the sample types that shall be supported as there is no list defined in the HIM. Could you please contact the vendor or provide us with teh sample type list?
Thanks for reaching out. I see that the instrument also supports bidirectional communication. Is this required to be handled by the driver too?
Also, it's always nice to have instrument real traces if you may share them with us. This way we can check the instrument behavior compared to the manual.
Hi Núria,
As per field service engineer of the analyzer, it only supports Stool=faecal sample type

Karlo

Thank you.
