Add default tube type / cap Status to LCM2 and UCM2 drivers

With the release of STAT Lane on CCM planned in September 2021, we will need a change on the LCM2 and UCM 2 drivers to support default tube type.

Driver change needed for:

  1. cobas infinity LCM 2

  2. cITm & 3K/5K LCM 2

  3. cITm & 3K/5K UCM2 (LD Nov for UCM2)?
