Piano (Tosoh) - Improvement of driver for (QC, alarms, image management)

1) Capture QC data: QC Data is not being captured by cobas infinity. As they use the QC module for all their QC needs, this is a big issue for them

2) Capture alarms: Instrument alarms. These also don't seem to be coming through which makes the validation of results in cobas infinity culberson as they need to go back to the instrument for alarms.

3) Ability to view chromatograms in cobas infinity: They dislike using Piano... as such they are wondering if the chromatograms could be captured by cobas infinity (via Piano or maybe with a direct interface to the G11). This would help concentrate their result review in cobas infinity. They understand this last one is a long shot, but wanted us to raise it if possible.

    Hello @Guest and @Guest

My name is Eva Faro, new PO for LAB connectors to nLO.

Is this request still relevant for your customers?

If affirmative, please send us the information below to proceed with the analysis:

1- Latest version of HIM used in your customer's lab
2- list of alarms codes to be sent to nLO (code + description)
3- And for the image management request, we will need to receive:

    • real traces with data sent by the instrument

    • screenshot in the instrument software (image corresponding to the data example)

Related to image creation or management, once the required data is received, we will analyze the feasibility and align with you.
